This is a translation provided for your convenience. The French version, Conditions générales de vente et d'utilisation, is the only one that is legally binding.
Panoralia is the trading name of Vincent Daoulas, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), 129 route du Cagire, 31800 Aspret-Sarrat, France, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 131 039 893, SIRET 131 039 893 00014. For any question: contact@panoralia.com.
These terms apply to the use of the website and to any order placed on it. They are intended for consumers. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. The applicable version is the one online on the day of your order.
The website builds a poster from your track and your photographs. Creating and previewing are free and require no account. Your tracks and photographs are processed in your browser. Your work is not saved on our servers: it may be lost if you close the page or clear your browser data.
Only obtaining the poster is paid for, in one of the forms described below.
Formats marked “Coming soon” cannot be ordered.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price of a print includes delivery. The applicable price is the one displayed when you place your order.
A promotional code can be entered at payment. Only one code applies per order, under the conditions specific to that code.
Before you pay, the website shows you a proof: your poster exactly as it will be delivered. Check it carefully, especially the texts, the captions and the framing of the photos. Once the order is paid, the poster can no longer be changed, and a print goes into production immediately.
The contract is concluded when the payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation email at the address entered during payment.
Payment is made online, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through our payment provider, Stripe. The amount is charged when you place the order. Panoralia never has access to your bank details. An invoice is sent to you by email.
The file is delivered immediately after payment: you can download it from the page, with no waiting. An email also sends you a retrieval link, valid for thirty days. After that, the file is deleted from our servers: remember to save it.
Prints are delivered to the countries of the European Union, excluding overseas territories, to the address entered during payment. They are not delivered to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or outside Europe. Depending on the country, they are printed in France or in another European country, and delivered to your door, to your letterbox or to a pick-up point. Please check your address: an incorrect address may prevent delivery.
Printing starts as soon as the order is placed. The print is usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, and at the latest thirty days after the order. An email lets you know when it ships, with the parcel tracking link. If the print is not delivered within that time, you may ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period and then, if it is still not delivered, cancel the order and be refunded.
If your print arrives damaged, contact us at contact@panoralia.com.
Digital file. The file is supplied to you as soon as you pay. Before paying, you expressly request its immediate delivery and waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided for this purpose (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Without this box, the order cannot be placed.
Paper print. The print is made from your tracks, your photographs and your texts: it is a clearly personalised item, excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code).
These exclusions do not affect the legal guarantees described below.
Paper print. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery. It entitles you to a reprint or, failing that, a price reduction or a refund, at no cost. During those two years, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, without you having to prove it. You also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), to be exercised within two years of discovering the defect.
Digital file. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). A file that is unreadable, incomplete or different from the approved proof is replaced or refunded.
What you approved on the proof is not a defect: a typo in a title or a badly framed photo, noticed after payment, entitles you to neither a reprint nor a refund. For any complaint, write to contact@panoralia.com.
You must hold the rights to the tracks, photographs and texts you use, and include nothing that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. You alone are responsible for this content.
The poster belongs to you: you may print it, have it printed and give it away. It contains third-party map data, whose licences are listed in the legal notice. The attribution notices printed on the poster must not be removed.
The Panoralia name and logo, the presentation of the website and its code are protected. Reproducing or reusing them, in whole or in part, or creating a derived service is prohibited without prior written consent.
The map services used are shared: the number of requests per IP address is limited, and any automated or large-scale use of the website may be blocked without notice.
The free creation service is provided as is. Panoralia cannot be held liable for the unavailability of third-party map services or for work lost when your browser is closed. For orders, Panoralia remains responsible for the proper performance of the sale, including when printing and delivery are entrusted to its printing partner.
Your email address and, for a print, your delivery address are used to fulfil your order. Your email may also be used to send you offers on Panoralia products, which you can refuse when ordering and at any time afterwards, through the link included in every email. Details are in the privacy policy.
If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@panoralia.com: we will look for a solution with you.
If your written complaint has not been resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator Panoralia belongs to, within one year of that complaint: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, telephone +33 1 89 47 00 14, litiges@cm2c.net. The request is filed online at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php.
These terms are governed by French law. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is brought before the competent court under the ordinary rules of law. If you live in another country of the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
