Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Write to us at contact@panoralia.com. Everything about ordering, payment and withdrawal is in the terms and conditions of sale.

Can I give a Panoralia poster as a gift?

Yes. Create the poster with the person's track and photos, or your own if you were on the outing, then enter their address for delivery: the print is sent straight to them, and the parcel contains neither price nor invoice. The digital version is always included with a print and arrives in your inbox right away, so you can show the poster on the day, even if the parcel has not arrived yet.

Which activities does it work for?

Hiking, but also trail running, running, cycling, skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, swimming, paragliding or horse riding: any outing recorded by a watch or an app. The activity type is read from the file, and several activities can be combined on the same poster.

How much does a poster cost?

Creating and previewing the poster are free. You only pay if you keep it: as a digital file, an A4 or A3 print, or framed in black wood, ready to hang. Prices are shown on our products page, all inclusive, shipping included.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Creating the poster and previewing it are free, with no account. Only the order asks for an email address, to send you your poster.

Which track files are accepted?

Panoralia reads GPX, FIT, TCX, IGC, KML and KMZ files, exported from a watch or an app, and imports your Strava activities directly. To find yours, see Where to find your track file?

Can I make a poster without a track?

Yes, with geotagged photos: the map is then framed on the places where they were taken.

What about a trip over several days?

Load one file per day: each day gets its own colour on the map. Several activities, such as hiking, cycling, kayaking or paragliding, can also be mixed on the same poster.

Can I create my poster on a phone?

Yes, everything works on a phone. With many photos or several activities, a computer is more comfortable. As the poster is generated on your device, the phone needs to be powerful enough for a smooth experience.

Digital file or print, what is the difference?

The digital file is your poster as a JPEG and a PDF, in high definition for printing at 300 DPI, ready to download as soon as you pay. The print is your poster printed in A4 or A3 on 200 g satin paper by our printing partner, and delivered to your door.

Delivery times and countries?

A print is usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days, in the 27 countries of the European Union, excluding overseas territories. It is not delivered to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway. An email lets you know when it ships, with the parcel tracking.

How long does the file stay available?

The download link is valid for thirty days. After that, the file is deleted: remember to save it.

What happens to my photos and tracks?

They stay in your browser and are never sent to us. If you buy, only the finished poster is sent to us, and it is deleted thirty days after the order. Details are on the Privacy page.
